PRE ORDER

Mellowschema.com is currently operating on some preorder items.

For pre order purchases, you may cancel your order within 14 days from the date of purchase.

After this 14 day period, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible, as preparation will have already begun. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout remains valid and accessible until fulfillment is completed.

Mellowschema.com is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from address changes after the order has been dispatched, and such cases may not be eligible for a refund.

 

STANDARD ORDERS

RETURNS

mellowschema.com accepts returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, including any protective wrapping.

To request a return, please first contact hi@mellowschema.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs (to France) are the responsibility of the customer. The customer needs to arrange the return shipment, and items should be carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit for inspection.

REFUNDS

If a refund is requested before the order has been shipped, both the product and shipping costs will be fully refunded.

If the order has already been shipped, please wait until you receive the item and follow the return process.

Please note that original shipping costs are non refundable once the order has been shipped.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, provided the item is returned in its original condition and is suitable for resale.

Only the product price will be refunded, excluding the original shipping fee.

Please allow a few days for the refund to be processed.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact hi@mellowschema.com as soon as possible with photos.

Claims made after 7 days of delivery, or without sufficient photographic evidence and explanation, may not be eligible for resolution.
