Each Serendipity Tarot Mail begins with a freshly shuffled Mellow Schema Tarot deck, from which one card is drawn especially for you. The card carries its own message, one that may resonate with where you are right now.

If there is a specific question on your mind, it can be left in the “Special Instructions” box when placing your order. Your question will be held in mind as the deck is shuffled and your card is drawn. No particular question? That’s perfectly fine too. Simply let serendipity decide which card finds its way to you.

You won’t know which card is coming until it arrives in your mailbox. Curious to see which Mellow Schema card and message will find their way to you?

Your drawn card will be presented inside a specially designed folded card, alongside its message and the creator’s signature. The tarot card itself is an original Mellow Schema Tarot card, exactly as it appears in the full deck, making each Tarot Mail a little keepsake of its own.

Each piece is personally shuffled, drawn, assembled, signed, and packed by Arum, creator of Mellow Schema Tarot, then mailed from France.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is €2 within France and €3 for international destinations.

Please note that Serendipity Tarot Mail is always mailed separately from France, even when purchased together with other items.

Serendipity Tarot Mail is posted from France twice a month, on the 1st and 15th. Your mail will be prepared for the next upcoming posting date after your order.

For example, an order placed on the 10th will be posted on the 15th, while an order placed on the 25th will be posted on the 1st of the following month.

Once posted, delivery within France usually takes around 3 business days.

For international mail, please allow around 4 to 7 business days for destinations within the EU. For destinations outside the EU, please allow around 10 days to 2 weeks for delivery. Depending on the destination, local postal service, and seasonal postal volume, delivery may occasionally take longer.

Once your Serendipity Tarot Mail has been posted, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to let you know that it is on its way. Please note that this is standard untracked mail, so no tracking number or live delivery updates will be available.

Yes. The tarot card is lightly secured with removable tape and is designed to be gently taken out, so you can keep or display the card separately.

The message accompanying your card is based closely on the guidance found in the Mellow Schema Tarot guidebook for the card drawn.

The wording may occasionally be slightly adapted depending on the card, your question, or the message being prepared for you.
